Inspections and Maintenance

O’Connell will work with you to provide an inspection and maintenance schedule to keep your system in compliance with NFPA, insurance, state and municipal requirements. We provide immediate response if your fire suppression system discharges. Our goal is to return your system and business to normal operation as quickly as possible. Our services include:

  • Test and clean all detector and discharge nozzles
  • Verify shutdown and evacuation circuits
  • Verify cylinder pressures and weights
  • Check for changes in hazard integrity
  • Check input and output circuit supervision
  • Simulate system discharge and test releasing circuits
  • Visually inspect agent piping and nozzles
  • Check hydro-test dates for cylinders and discharge hoses
